We have just purchased a nice Honda CR-V from Micheal Birks Specialist Car Ltd and must say what a stress free experience we had. Micheal certainly knows his stuff and goes that extra mile in making you feel comfortable with the transaction. The Honda surpassed all expectations of a used car. The car had had a thorough service even to the point of changing the diff oil just because Micheal just thought it was due to be done. The car is in pristine condition with receipts and service history produced. So thank you Micheal and we would recommend you and you company to to anyone looking for a honest hassle free purchase. Just a foot note, we have only seen one negative review on this feedback and find it really bizarre after our experience, so our advise would be to take it with a pinch of salt. I could tell immediately from my first phone call to Michael Birks that he knows his cars. Subsequently I visited his premises for him to consider purchasing my own car for his stock. The thorough manner with which he examined and road tested my old car convinced me that any car he offered for sale would have undergone a similarly rigorous inspection. During my visit I saw the car I had originally enquired about but for various reasons had not followed up on, was still for sale. The car looked immaculate. I returned to test drive it and we agreed a part exchange. Michael Birks is a pleasure to deal with. He provides good information and advice, answers questions patiently and politely and does not apply pressure. He is also very particular about the quality of cars he deals in. Wow... What a great service from start to finish.... I initially enquired if Michael had any cars in stock with my preferences which he didn't however he said he would look out for something. Within a couple of weeks Michael called me to say he had found something,.. sent sent me all of the details and photos. From the point of me confirming I wanted the car Michael keep me updated with progress of having the car fully serviced, valeted and a couple of things he wasn't happy with sending the car out without being competed. When collecting the car all the paperwork was ready to be completed and was so easy and organised. Michael showed me around the car and answered any questions i had.
