Following a car accident we needed to source a car quickly and lucky for us Mike Birks was only 20 minutes drive away and had the perfect car for us. We called Mike at 10am and by 3.30pm we had the car on the drive. We found the whole buying experience incredibly easy, Mike knew lots about the car and its history plus he gave time to look round it, ask questions and have a test drive. Clear honest communication. Well prepared vehicle. Accommodating. We were buying my Son's first car and I felt the lengths Michael went to in order to assist us were beyond what you would normally expect. He uses a third party garage as part of the vehicle prep /MOT and the invoices are with the paperwork. Everything transparent. A follow up call a few weeks after sale shows Michael's confidence in the cars he sells. Highly recommended.

We have just purchased a nice Honda CR-V from Micheal Birks Specialist Car Ltd and must say what a stress free experience we had. Micheal certainly knows his stuff and goes that extra mile in making you feel comfortable with the transaction. The Honda surpassed all expectations of a used car. The car had had a thorough service even to the point of changing the diff oil just because Micheal just thought it was due to be done. The car is in pristine condition with receipts and service history produced. So thank you Micheal and we would recommend you and you company to to anyone looking for a honest hassle free purchase. Just a foot note, we have only seen one negative review on this feedback and find it really bizarre after our experience, so our advise would be to take it with a pinch of salt.
