Whilst browsing auto trader late one Thursday evening, I came across a Mini clubman that stood out because of the great photography accompanied by a detailed description with low mileage, a full years MOT, service, four new tyres, new air con condenser and re-gas, all for a very reasonable price. I messaged through auto trader to ask for a test drive that Saturday and Michael contacted me first thing the following morning to arrange this whilst giving me some information about the car and his deposit scheme, but no pressure to take it out. I received a text after with his postcode and location details. We arrived at a lovely village location where we looked over the car and the surrounding countryside. Michael was instantly approachable and it was a relaxed atmosphere, it was evident Michael is experienced and knowledgeable. After test driving the car, I decided to buy it. I had taken the car I was thinking of part exchanging with its registration documents, so we sat in Michael’s lovely house and organised everything. Michael gave me a competitive price for my car and showed me where he got his figures from on his laptop, he sorted the tax and paperwork while I organised my insurance to drive away in my new car. Michael rang me yesterday to check everything was still ok with the car, great after sales service too…. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Michael, if my experience is anything to go by, you will be in capable hands.

Fantastic service, nothing to much trouble from going to view the car till I went back to get the car, as I went back on the train and he came to the train station to pick us up. I am over the moon with the car and he also went to the trouble to ring me back after a few weeks to check all was OK a Big Thank You Ian

The experience at Michael Birks Specialist Car Ltd was great because Michael was so prepared to be helpful. It was a long way for me to travel to view the car so Michael had a great video prepared for me after only a couple of hours. The car was in great condition, fully serviced and very clean. I had full confidence in Michael that I was buying a car to suit my needs and it would be mechanically sound. Would definitely recommend an experience buying from Michael's)

I recently purchases a Mazda MX-5 from Mike, he was very helpfull and accommodating. He let me go on a full test drive (Roof down of course) and never pressured me into making a decision. The car has been great so far, can't wait till next summer to make the most of it! The after care from Mike has also been great.
