My experience with Michael was absolutely brilliant. From the first call to arranging the visit and to then finally collecting the car, the process was so smooth and easy The handover was super simple and everything was explained and I really appreciated Michael’s honestly about any imperfections which the car may have prior to us even asking which was greatly appreciated. (the car was a 12yr old car so was to be expected). And it was great to have him check in after collecting the car to make sure everything was okay.
