The cars also appear carefully sourced and are well prepared. I phoned Michael at 9.30am and by 3pm the same day I was driving off in a new car having also part exchanged our old car. A first class experience from start to finish. I was looking for a good quality used car, and searching the web I came across a Toyota Yaris on Michael's website. The car was well described and photographed. When I rang Michael was happy to discuss the car, answer any questions, and arranged a time to view the car. The car was exactly as described, a well cared for and maintained car, that was clean and very well presented. Michael left us to look at the car at our leisure, no hard sell, no urgency, and then he had no problem letting us take a test drive. The car was well priced and good value. Having agreed to buy the car, and travelling from Liverpool to collect it, he was happy to pick me up from Chesterfield station when I returned by train. Michael clearly places great importance on courtesy and customer satisfaction, and he made the entire purchase simple and straightforward. It was a two hour journey from Liverpool to see the car and it was time well spent.
