Michael is very helpful and friendly. I was able to view the car alone, ask questions, and take it for a test drive. Excellent customer service - I even got a check up call a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was okay with the new car. Just overall a really positive experience, he clearly knows what he is doing and gets everything in order for you before driving away :)

Faultless from start to finish. Vehicle was well presented and it was a straightforward no pressure sales approach from Micheal Birks specialist cars. Had a slight issue after purchasing the vehicle but Micheal went above and beyond to ensure the problem was rectified hastily and to a high standard (new water pump required). There was also no questions asked when it came to the warranty, Michael made it clear from the get go that the fault was covered under the 3 month engine and drivetrain warranty that he offered, and that there would be no financial cost to me in getting the repair done. I would have absolute peace of mind to purchase from Micheal again.
