Dealing with Mick was an absolute pleasure. he was friendly, professional and efficient and found the perfect car for me. He saved me from having to trial round different dealerships to find a suitable car. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Responsive, informative and efficient. Very much appreciated the pick up from the train station when collecting the vehicle. All done with a friendly, personal touch.

The car was spotless, a great spec and a good quality car. Michael was very professional but friendly and didn’t rush you into a sale. The car came with a good warrantee and a follow up call a few weeks later to check everything was going well, I would recommend Michael as a reputable seller.

Michael provides a first class service from start to finish. He made the whole process stress free. We chose and purchased our vehicle with confidence that it had been professionally checked beforehand. Michael also followed up our purchase afterwards to ensure we were completely happy with our new vehicle. We highly recommend the service provided by Michael.

We bought our family car from Michael Birks. The car was in pristine condition. I was able to test drive it and the whole experience was very relaxed with no high pressure sales. We loved the car and bought it. We did experience a slight problem about 6 weeks after we had bought it. I contacted Michael and it was established that there had been an error with a part that had been fitted. Michael sorted this out for us with no quibbles. Overall excellent customer service and a very positive experience! I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Birks Specialist Cars.
