Great experience using Michael Birks specialist cars, I had been looking for a while for a BMW 3 series and after coming across his advert on autotrader and then contacting him the whole process was super smooth. Michael offers great personal service, from the no hassle test drive booking to the cups of tea and friendly welcome. I never felt any pressure to buy and he was very honest from the start on everything about the car. Would definitely look at buying again from Michael. A real pleasure to deal with.

Michael was really friendly, helpful. Took the car for a reasonable test drive to get the feel of the car. I couldn’t knock the car was well presented. I’ve had the car for 2 weeks now and can’t find any faults. I would advise people to phone there banks before going to view/buy the car because I had a slight problem but managed in the end with the help from Michael

After looking around for a car for my stepson to learn to drive in I dropped Mick a a message one evening . Nothing was too much trouble for Michael, unhurried test drive & time alone to view/inspect the vehicle. The documentation was all completed for us which enabled us to drive away the same day without worries. A courtesy call from Michael a week later was pleasantly received as he strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. A short time after this call we experienced a slight coolant leak, which in all honesty could have happened a day, week, month or years later and Michael was there to sort this issue. I would highly recommend this seller. Michael is a genuine, helpful and really pleasant person to deal with.
