From my initial enquiry with Michael, to the viewing and test drive, to the final purchase of the car the experience was totally professional and personal. The after care customer service was second to none with regular communication between myself and Michael.

The car was very well described but in reality it exceeded my expectations. Michael's attention to detail and making sure everything was just right, is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking for their perfect car. It was well worth the long journey to collect the car.

Very straightforward deal. The car was exactly as advertised, better specification and better price than our local dealer. The car was properly serviced before collection and nicely prepared. Michael was a true professional and a proper gent. I would highly recommend him. He'll find a car for you too if he hasn't got it in stock.

If Carlsberg did car dealers then Michael would be even better. Great chap, great cars and service that prestige car dealers can dream of. Very straightforward and painless buying experience, highly recommended.

I bought a VW Passett from Micheal Birks cars. The car was presented in remarkable condition, just as advertised, with full MOT and service carried out, putting my mind at ease. The car was sold with a warranty which was fully explained by Micheal who’s customer service skills and car knowledge are second to none. I drove away extremely happy. I will happily recommend MICHAEL BIRKS SPECIALIST CARS LIMITED to anyone who requires a new vehicle.
