When I first stumbled on Michael on Autotrader I was very skeptical about the 100% 5-star reviews and even the glowing reviews seemed too good to be true. I have never been more glad to have my skeptcism proved wrong! Michael is very knowledgeable about his cars, the one I bought was in pristine condition, and he was an absolute gent thoughout the whole process. Being a smaller dealer working from home he said he gets to be really picky about the cars he sells to ensure they are in tip top condition, and you can definately tell. As a first-time buyer, he walked me through the whole process and was not pushy with any hard sells at all which I really appreciated. I got lucky that he had a car that I wanted in my budget, so if you are currently like was; checking the car details, looking at the dealership reviews, etc. and you see he has a car that you like within your budget. I called Michael to book an appointment & he saw me the next day. His no pressure, honest approach was great. I loved the car & was able to take it home that day. The process was so easy, stress & pressure free. A cut above any dealerships I've been to in the past. The after care has been superb. I had a question about the tyre pressure light & Michael called me on a Sunday to talk me through it & has.checked in since to make sure everything's OK. Michael was a pleasure to do business with & I can't recommend him enough.
