We bought our family car from Michael Birks. The car was in pristine condition. I was able to test drive it and the whole experience was very relaxed with no high pressure sales. We loved the car and bought it. We did experience a slight problem about 6 weeks after we had bought it. I contacted Michael and it was established that there had been an error with a part that had been fitted. Michael sorted this out for us with no quibbles. Faultless from start to finish. Vehicle was well presented and it was a straightforward no pressure sales approach from Micheal Birks specialist cars. Had a slight issue after purchasing the vehicle but Micheal went above and beyond to ensure the problem was rectified hastily and to a high standard (new water pump required). There was also no questions asked when it came to the warranty, Michael made it clear from the get go that the fault was covered under the 3 month engine and drivetrain warranty that he offered, and that there would be no financial cost to me in getting the repair done. I would have absolute peace of mind to purchase from Micheal again.
