We bought our family car from Michael Birks. The car was in pristine condition. I was able to test drive it and the whole experience was very relaxed with no high pressure sales. We loved the car and bought it. We did experience a slight problem about 6 weeks after we had bought it. I contacted Michael and it was established that there had been an error with a part that had been fitted. Michael sorted this out for us with no quibbles.
