From start to finish Michael provided a great service, I saw the car advertised, even though a little older then I wanted I asked for more info. Michael called me within a few hours and described the car, he agreed older then he would normally deal with but due to the millage and condition he decided to sell the car. As i was travelling 1.15 hours he advised me of any marks etc (2011, you will have some) so that wasn't turning up to be disappointed. Good test drive and after agreement to buy car was made Michael arranged for all the paper work to be completed, talked me through the service history and advised me of what he would do next year.
