First class experience, would higly recommend. !! I was looking for a first car for my daughter, and via the Autotrader saw a fantastic VW Polo. On insepction of the car, it was immaculate and everything was a described. Communication was really good with Michael, and nothing was too much trouble. He really went the extra mile to ensure the car was perfect for our needs. One week later Michael contatcted us to ensure everything was OK. I would definitely buy from him again. Lovely car with great customer service.

Michael had the best car nationally for exactly what I wanted, although unfortunately was 3.5 hrs away. Reassurance phone calls that this really was the one as described persuaded me to make the trip. His confidence, knowledge and professionalism meant that I insured it in advance. My wife even made a space on the drive knowing that a new addition was on its way. The test drive and walk round was great. I had done a fair bit of research but his knowledge was exemplary. Car dealers often get a bad press (apologies for the cliche) but seriously this was a personalised bespoke experience. Like buying from a friend who doesn’t blow any smoke just tells you how,it is. You either buy it or you don’t. Best type of transaction for me. Really can’t rate Michael highly enough. Seamless transaction. Pleasure doing business with you.

I went to view a car at Michael Burks very pleasant experience good man to talk to answered questions I hadn't even thought about regarding the motor. Went for a drive in the car no limits where to go, no radio turned up loud to mask any noise, pointing things out about the car what it could do as I had not drove this type of car before. Gave me a very good discount for my car. Did all the paperwork regarding my car to him and his car to me. Cannot find anything to fault with the seller or the car been driving the car couple weeks now spot on rung me twice to see how everything was. Everything spot on. Michael did do everything to make things go smoothly if after a car look and see what is on offer you won't be disappointed, I was very happy with my deal I'm sure you will be the same

Buying a car for a relative; I looked at many other dealers, and viewed a lot of poor quality vehicles, and was reminded about how easy it is to buy badly. This car was very well presented, spotlessly clean, well prepared and detailed and with a very well documented history. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, passionate in his business, totally transparent and thorough in all aspects of the sale. Great to deal with a totally genuine and professional seller. Meeting and dealing with Michael was so refreshing compared to hard selling show rooms. Within the first five minutes we knew we could trust him, his friendly personality, along with his extensive knowledge within the car industry puts you at ease straight away. We felt like he had all the time in the world for us and was happy in the knowledge that he wanted the best for us too.
