I would strongly recommend Michael Birks Specialist Car Ltd as the place to go to purchase a used car. Michael Birks is a highly experienced and very professional business man. Our purchase was a stress\hassle free experience in every stage of the transaction. The Honda CV-R we bought is beyond all expectations of a used vehicle and would recommend to make this company your first port of call to buy a used car. Thank You Michael.

The experience at Michael Birks Specialist Car Ltd was good because Mike was helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and not at all pushy. I rang Mike and did a video call to look round the car he was very honest about any marks on the paintwork, I was very impressed and travelled from Cornwall to collect the car at a time and date to suit me, I was collected from the train station by Mike in the car and had a good test drive and handover when I decided to purchase, overall a very good experience and would happily buy from Mike again. The aftercare was also first class.

I recently purchases a Mazda MX-5 from Mike, he was very helpfull and accommodating. He let me go on a full test drive (Roof down of course) and never pressured me into making a decision. The car has been great so far, can't wait till next summer to make the most of it! The after care from Mike has also been great.

When I first stumbled on Michael on Autotrader I was very skeptical about the 100% 5-star reviews and even the glowing reviews seemed too good to be true. I have never been more glad to have my skeptcism proved wrong! Michael is very knowledgeable about his cars, the one I bought was in pristine condition, and he was an absolute gent thoughout the whole process. Being a smaller dealer working from home he said he gets to be really picky about the cars he sells to ensure they are in tip top condition, and you can definately tell. As a first-time buyer, he walked me through the whole process and was not pushy with any hard sells at all which I really appreciated. I got lucky that he had a car that I wanted in my budget, so if you are currently like was; checking the car details, looking at the dealership reviews, etc. and you see he has a car that you like within your budget. Belive the 5-stars and buy it. You won't regret it.

I called Michael to book an appointment & he saw me the next day. His no pressure, honest approach was great. I loved the car & was able to take it home that day. The process was so easy, stress & pressure free. A cut above any dealerships I've been to in the past. The after care has been superb. I had a question about the tyre pressure light & Michael called me on a Sunday to talk me through it & has.checked in since to make sure everything's OK. Michael was a pleasure to do business with & I can't recommend him enough.
