It has been a pleasure dealing with Michael Birks. A man who takes great pride in ensuring the cars he puts his name to are not just any car but something that has met his and my expectations. It was a unicorn find; a one owner, from main dealer, great provenance car. Lower mileage for age. Well cared for service history and sold for a fair price. It was a very enjoyable experience buying a car from Michael Birks. The level of service we got was second to none, just how buying a car should be when you are purchasing what is probably the second most expensive item in your life! Michael's considerable experience in the trade has given him the ability to know what customers want and how to treat them properly, for example, he left us alone with the car to inspect it thoroughly, with no hard sell. A 6 month Gold RAC warranty came with this particular car as standard with the option to upgrade if we so desired. It just gives you that extra peace of mind.
